Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications:

  1. The minimum age is 25 years for international assignments and 22 years for national assignments.
  2. Prerequisites include a university degree or a higher technical diploma (a master’s degree may be required depending on the nature of the job), and two years of relevant work experience.
  3. Good knowledge of at least one of the three applicable UNV languages ​​English, French and Spanish, no evidence or test is required to check the level of knowledge of any particular language.
  4. The United Nations Youth Volunteers Program is looking for enthusiastic and talented young people between the ages of 18 and 29 (candidate must be under 29 years of age for the duration of their service).

Initially, when assignments are sent to UNV, a pool of applicants is searched for profiles matching the requirements of the assignment, and then qualified candidates are contacted.
